HOW TO ORDER:
Once you have selected an item from

If this is not possible for example an error has taken place when you have tried to pay, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or a phone call.
A confirmation of shipping email is always sent once goods have been shipped with a tracking number from the postal service used.
*To track your order via Royal Mail click HERE to be taken to their Track & Trace facility. Make sure you have your tracking reference number to hand (available on your despatch confirmation e-mail) and follow the online instructions.
"We cannot authorize that parcels be left in bins, in sheds or over the fence. Items may be left with neighbors as long as the item is signed for".
Deliveries are sent Recorded Delivery via InterLink or Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. A signature will be required on delivery otherwise the delivery company will leave a card through your door to enable you to re-arrange a suitable delivery time or collection from your local Post Office branch.
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We currently ship items to a variety of countries within the EU and the rest of the world. As with any other delivery each one needs a signature as they will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or via DPD. With countries outside of the

WHEN WILL YOU BE CHARGED?
Your card will be debited as soon as you place the order. Should for any reason we are unable to supply any item we will first call to see whether or not you would like an alternative or offer a full refund to your debit/credit card.
Returns: IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
If you wish to exchange the goods for another size please go back online and re-purchase the size you require or a new item you may consider as an alternative purchase. The original order placed will need to be returned, when the original order is received your method of payment will be refunded. Please return the goods purchased within 10 working days from the day you receive the goods for UK customers or 14 days for overseas customers.
Please ensure when returning items in boxes such as trainers do not cello tape the box as this damages them, and please return them in the condition they were sent.

If items are returned unclaimed to Weldshop via Royal Mail or InterLink we will require a subsequent postage charge. This can be paid over the phone or via this link click HERE. In order to aid in this please provide your original Order Number.
UNWANTED GOODS: If
The goods will need to be returned in the original packaging, with relevant documentation to identify recipient (invoice), tagged and in perfect as-new condition. The buyer will need to send the goods to the return address stated on the invoice received with the goods. We do not pay for the returning postal costs. The goods will need to be posted Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail, the buyer retaining any receipts in case the parcel should become lost in transit. Once the goods are returned we can mail out the exchange item or issue a refund.
All refunds will be subject to postal charge deductions i.e you will receive a refund to the value of the item, not the postal costs.

If goods are returned due to being faulty we can offer a free replacement of the goods or alternatively a full refund will be given for the item.
