However, we recommend you become a member to save time filling out your details each time you order and also because your product may be discounted to members. You'll also be added to the mailing list and get discounts and voucher codes when we do online promotions.

Usually, we do not allow this due to resources, but if we have the time too we'll accommodate customers as best we can.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?
Yes, you can although you will still need to fill in the billing address where your card is registered to. A separate section will appear when completing your transaction for the delivery address i.e. place of work.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL?
Royal Mail will be used for standard delivery, non-standard services will be couriers Interlink, DPD,UPS DHL. This applies to both UK and International customers.
WHAT IS THE CUTOFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Yoru order needs to be placed before 1300 hrs to enable us to fulfil next day delivery.
RETURNS
1. WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY
UK buyers have 10 working days to return unwanted goods, international buyers have 14 working days for a refund. Equipment is returned at customer cost. Products must be in original packaging and of saleable quality.
2. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return your order please do so by sealing the package up securely and folding the items. Send them back via recorded delivery to the returns address, as stated on your invoice, with a copy of your invoice inside the parcel. If you wish to send back using a courier service you will need to contact customer services, sales@basicwelding.co.uk for an alternative address.
3. WILL I BE CREDITED THE RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS?
We do not refund returns postage costs unless the items received were faulty in the first place or an order was sent out incorrectly by BWS LTD
