Returns
We offer a 14-day approval period from the date of delivery to ensure the goods meet your expectations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Items ordered incorrectly and returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This may be waived on orders at our discretion.

The 110V version is the WFE-006 model and uses a 1.1 kW motor, with an extraction arm measuring 150 mm in diameter. The filtration system combines a metal pre-filter, high-efficiency filter and activated carbon section, so correct filter maintenance is important when welding materials that produce smoke and odour.
In practice, the common mistake is placing the hood too far from the weld pool and then assuming the extractor is underperforming. Capture position matters more than simply increasing airflow. The unit also needs a suitable protected 110V supply and should not be treated as a substitute for sensible workshop ventilation or respiratory controls where required.
Used correctly and maintained properly, it provides reliable local extraction for welding and fabrication work.
