MIG braze welding wire is a type of welding consumable that is specifically designed for brazing applications using a MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process. It is used to join two or more metal pieces together by melting a filler metal that has a lower melting point than the base metals being joined, typically 800°
Therefore it doesnt melt or fuse wuth the material to be joined but bonds to it. Mig Braze welding therefore requires a larger surface area of weld pool to obtain ist strength.
The MIG braze welding wire typically consists of a core wire made of a brazing alloy, which is surrounded by a copper coating. The copper coating helps with electrical conductivity and improves the feeding characteristics of the wire during the welding process. It also helps with feeding the wire through the MIG torch although a carbon teflon liner is recommended also
100% pure argon gas is recommended for MIG braze welding wire, this is because it allows the pool to flow and perform its capillary effect. Its also essential when welding in Pulsed mode with a Pulsed MIG Welder

The Telwin Smart Inductor 5000 is an intelligent solution for speeding up and simplifying the removal of glued (windows, rear windows, plastic parts, stickers, glass roofs, interior, and exterior trims, etc.) or blocked (bolts, bearings, gears, etc.) parts from vehicles. It is particularly suitable for vehicle bodies and guarantees greatly reduced repair times. It adjusts its intensity in an intelligent and completely automatic manner (Smart Power) using an innovative AutoCheck microprocessor system.Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, it can transfer a large amount of heat to a specific area (Smart Protection) in just a few seconds. In this way, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic and painted surfaces in the area being worked on, or even in the surrounding areas. For maximum practicality and operator safety, it activates automatically (Smart Activation) near the area in which it has to work.
